I’d be pretty impressed if Arnold becomes California’s next governor. To go from body builder to actor to politician is not your typical track into politics.
And I’d say he’s got a pretty good chance at winning. Though he’s a Republican, on social issues he’s liberal. So, he could steal a lot of votes from Democrats. Having a wife from the Kennedy line might prove helpful too. And he’s the only one to have a huge name recognition. If Gray Davis gets total recalled, I’d say he’d be the lead running man.
