It’s seems awfully strange that they didn’t nab anyone suspected of shooting Chen Shui-bian. The person had to have been in the crowd and not shot from a rifle. So, there had to have been bystanders. However, the person seemed to have not been a professional, since it looks like a .22 calibre bullet. Also, it only hit his stomach, instead of his chest. Or it could have been a professional just trying to give A-bian a warning. It’ll be interesting to see if this affects the elections tomorrow.
