Well, actually, I got a used computer from Microseconds over the weekend during the tax free holiday. I was able to pick up a PIII 500 MHz box for $149. I’ll be trying to set it up as a webserver to play around with. DSL Web Server has a fairly comprehensive step-by-step guide on how to do that, though it’s mainly geared for Windows. Next step is to install RedHat 9 on it and try to get a simple website going.
