A member of the Taiwanese church that we used to go to got robbed and shot Monday as he was about to make a deposit at a bank. This is the first time that I’ve personally known someone that has been shot during a robbery. Right now he’s in ICU after 7 hours of surgery. We’ll probably hope to visit him sometime this weekend. Kudos go to a witness that tried to chase down the robbers and got their license plate number. Unfortunately though, it was a stolen car.
