The GDOT is in the process of widening the roads in our neighborhood. They’ve set up a Johnson Ferry and Abernathy Road Widening Project Website for more info about it.
Currently, it’s estimated that it’ll cost $31 million just for the road widening alone. This does not include the costs in building a park along the road.
